Steve Wise, RoeCo, LLC

Steven Wise is a fourth generation resident of Stamford, CT where he settled with his wife, Lisa, and raised their three daughters, Sam, Tammy and Olivia. A 1982 alum of Westhill High School, Steve went on to graduate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

After spending almost 15 years in NYC in the commercial real estate industry, Steve decided to focus closer to home and in 2004 founded Steven Wise Associates, LLC, a real estate investment and development company based in Stamford concentrating more locally on various types of redevelopment projects, both commercial and residential. Soon after opening SWA, Steve affiliated with RoeCo, LLC a prominent real estate investment firm based in NY.

Along the way, Steve has had the privilege of serving on the boards of various community organizations including the American Cancer Society, State Street Debating Society, the Stamford Downtown Special Services District, New Neighborhoods, and the Ferguson Library. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Steve enjoys playing and seeing live music, watching ice hockey and time in the outdoors.
